Kae’s purpose is to help leaders create long-term positive impact not just for shareholders and customers, but also staff, community, and planet. He helps them focus on first principles and build solid fundamentals to enable their organisations be built to last.

As Founder & Managing Partner of Binomial Consulting, Kae has two decades of experience as a strategy consultant helping C suites of more than 80 companies sharpen their businesses and brands. As an entrepreneur, he co-founded three startups, one of which (Curiox, bioinstrumentation startup) listed on the Korean stock exchange in August 2023.

Starting from 2017, Kae has conducted trainings and workshops for tertiary institutions, startup accelerators, and enterprises across multiple industries ranging from food to fashion to oil & gas. He enjoys helping participants shift mindsets, master practical tools, and learn from the inside view on how Binomial’s clients drive business and grow brands.

In his free time, Kae volunteers with Nature Society Singapore and the Jane Goodall Institute, where he is immediate past president of the Singapore board.
