Tricia is the co-founder of Drawing Right, specialising in transformative learning experiences that leverage cognitive science to reshape how people see and approach challenges.

Certified in the Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain®️ programme in the US, Tricia discovered that drawing’s true power lies not in artistic skill, but in teaching people to see differently — a crucial mindset shift for organisations seeking innovation. Since bringing this programme to organisations in 2012, Tricia has co-facilitated many transformations, using drawing as a tool to unlock fresh perspectives and inspire adaptive thinking. Clients have described her sessions as “phenomenal,” noting the life-changing impact that extends far beyond technical skills.

Grounded in a strong educational foundation, Tricia combines cognitive insights with structured learning methods to make concepts accessible and impactful. Tricia is also an adjunct faculty member with the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University and was a top graduate with outstanding performance in the MEd Programme.
