Before founding Brewer, Serina served as APAC Managing Director and Singapore General Manager at global agency Allison+Partners (now Allison Worldwide). There, she founded and grew the Singapore office into a key global centre of excellence, leading 150 employees across Asia Pacific. Serina is a sought-after thought leader and is frequently invited to lead workshops, judge regional awards, and mentor the next generation of communicators. Her passion for mental well-being and women’s empowerment is evident in her work as an international speaker and trainer, with a particular focus on sustainable practices in the communications industry.

In 2021, Serina founded Brewer with the vision of driving positive change for clients, the industry, and society. She champions an outcomes-focused approach to communications, which she believes is key to talent retention and industry longevity. Brewer’s commitment to mental health is reflected in initiatives like the annual pro-bono mental well-being workshop she introduced for PRCA APAC on World Mental Health Day and frequent participation in global workplace mental health organisation This Can Happen’s Asia conferences.

Fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese, Serina’s multicultural background and deep regional expertise have made her a leading voice in navigating Asia Pacific’s diverse communications landscape.

Serina also serves as a PRCA APAC trainer, an editorial board advisor for This Can Happen, and a member of the advisory committee at Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s School of Film & Media Studies.
