Brewer conducted a workshop for the Mediacorp commercial team as part of its L&D programme to strengthen strategic thinking and elevate client engagement.

The half-day session, Strategy That Sells, brought together over 70 participants for an immersive learning experience. The workshop helped participants move beyond tactical pitching to adopt a more strategic, consultative approach in client conversations.

Participants reported stronger strategic confidence, sharper client insights, and immediate application of the frameworks in their proposals and campaign reviews.
